 (h)  
If the PMC connector resistances are in the limits shown in table 11, replace the wiring harness for the control parameter (AMM 73-21-06/401).

 (i)  
If the AC connector resistances are in the limits shown in table 11, replace the wiring harness for the control parameter (AMM 73-21-06/401).

 (j)  
If the AC connector resistances are in the limits shown in table 11 and N1 fan speed indication problems occur, do the following procedure: 1) Troubleshooting procedure for the N1 fan speed indication

 (AMM 71-00-54/101).

 (k)  
If the PMC or AC1 connector resistances are not in the limits shown in table 11, replace the N1 fan speed sensor (AMM 77-12-01/201).

 (l)  
Set PMC SRT switches 1, 2, 3, and 4 to position 0.

 (m)  
Remove the N1 fan speed sensor test cable from N1 connectors PMC.

 (n)  
Remove the AC1 from the PMC SRT N1 connector.

 (o)  
Reconnect the engine wiring harness to the N1 fan speed sensor connectors PMC and AC.

(p)  Make sure the failure is corrected, do N1 Fan Speed Sensor Resistance Test again.

 (6)  T12 Inlet Temperature Sensor Resistance Test
 (a)  
Set PMC SRT switches 1, 2, 3, and 4 to position 0.

 (b)  
Make sure the Main Engine Test Cable is fully connected.

 (c)  
Make sure the multimeter indication is in the test limits for each position of the PMC SRT switch 4 (T12) (table 12).

 (d)  
Remove the meter probe jumpers from the multimeter input terminals to disconnect the multimeter from the PMC SRT.

 (e)  
Connect the banana plugs on the temperature probe to the input terminals on the Fluke multimeter.


 NOTE: Connect the V banana plug on the temperature probe to
____ the V banana jack on the multimeter. Connect the COMM banana plug on the temperature probe to the COMM banana jack on the multimeter.

(f)  
Set the switch on the Fluke multimeter to the 300mV position.

 (g)  
Set the power switch on the temperature probe to the degrees Celsius position or the degrees Fahrenheit position.

 (h)  
Measure the ambient temperature on the Fluke multimeter display.

 (i)  
The measured resistance of the T12 inlet temperature sensor on pins J3-12 and J3-24 (reference the measured resistance value from table 12, switch 4 (T12) position), must be in the limits shown in table 13 below.
