Tighten the CDP fitting to 180-200 pound-inches

1) Install the lockwire.

Tighten the CBP fitting to 135-150 pound-inches
(15-17 Newton meters).
1) Install the lockwire.

Tighten the UPPER OVERBOARD DRAIN fitting to
180-200 pound-inches (20-25 Newton meters).
1) Install the 90° elbow, but do not tighten.
(p)
Tighten the LOWER OVERBOARD DRAIN fitting to
135-150 pound-inches (15-17 Newton meters).
1) Install the 45° elbow, but do not tighten.

Tighten the P7 fitting to 135-150 pound-inches
(15-17 Newton meters).

(5) Install the heated servo supply (FUEL-OUT) line between the servo fuel heater and the fitting on the MEC.

Tighten the coupling nuts to 340-375 pound-inches

Install the lockwire.

(6) ENGINES WITHOUT THE HPTCC TIMER; Do these steps if the TC3 and/or PC ports do not have plugs installed (Fig. 407, 408 and 409).
(a)
Install the new O-rings, lubricated with petrolatum, on each
hex-head plug.
(b)
Install the plugs in the TC3 and/or the PC ports.
(c)
Tighten the plugs to 40-60 pound-inches
(4.5-6.8 Newton meters).

Remove the blanking plate from the fuel DISCHARGE port on the MEC to be installed.

Install the blanking plate on the MEC that you removed.
(a) Tighten the bolts to 55-65 pound-inches (6-7 Newton meters).
