UPPER OVERBOARD DRAIN - Tighten to 180-200 pound-inches (20-25 Newton meters). 1) Install the 90° elbow, but do not tighten.

LOWER OVERBOARD DRAIN - Tighten to 135-150 pound-inches (15-17 Newton meters). 1) Install the 45° elbow, but do not tighten.
(p)
P7 - Tighten to 135-150 pound-inches (15-17 Newton meters).

(8) Install the heated servo supply (FUEL-OUT) line between the servo fuel heater and the fitting on the MEC.
(a) Tighten the coupling nuts to 340-375 pound-inches
(38-42 Newton meters).
NOTE: It is easier to install the FUEL-OUT line before you

(9) Install the fuel pump package on the AGB as follows:
(a)
Install a new O-ring, lubricated with petrolatum, in the groove on the drive shaft to the fuel pump.
(b)
ENGINES PRE-CFMI-SB 73-114; Apply a thin layer of petrolatum on the re-usable or the new gasket.
(c)
ENGINES POST-CFMI-SB 73-114; If necessary, install a new preformed packing on the metal ring, lubricated with a thin layer of petrolatum.
(d)
Install the gasket on the fixed part of the QAD ring.
(e)
Use the ball-lock pin to attach the sling to the handle of the fuel filter cover (Fig. 409).
(f)
Use the sling strap to attach the sling to the main oil/fuel heat exchanger and the servo fuel heater.
(g)
Remove the five bolts that attach the cover to the core rotation drive pad (on the forward side of the AGB and above the starter).
(h)
Remove the cover.
NOTE: Use a 3/4-inch drive to turn the drive pad.

(i)
Remove the cover from the rear face of the AGB.
(j)
Lubricate the output shaft splines of the fuel pump with engine oil (CP2442).
CAUTION:_______BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU INSTALL THE FUEL PUMP PACKAGE. KEEP THE DRIVE SHAFT TO THE FUEL PUMP PERPENDICULAR TO THE AGB DRIVE PAD. DO NOT LET THE WEIGHT BE HELD BY THE DRIVE SHAFT. THE FUEL PUMP PACKAGE WEIGHS APPROXIMATELY 108 POUNDS (49 KG).
MOVE ALL PLUMBING LINES OR CABLES TO THE SIDE. MAKE SURE ALL LINES OR CABLES LIKE THE THROTTLE LEVER, FUEL SHUTOFF LEVER, ELECTRICAL CABLES AND DISCONNECTED PLUMBING LINES ARE NOT SQUEEZED OR STRAINED. THIS WILL PREVENT DAMAGE TO THESE PARTS.
(k) Operate the hoist or the crane to lift the fuel pump assembly to the rear face of the AGB.

Turn the core engine drive pad, to align the drive shaft splines to the fuel pump, with the drive recess in the AGB.
(m)
Apply a thin layer of graphite grease to the threads of the QAD bolt.
(n)
Make sure you install the ball seat washer.
(o)
Install the QAD bolt (Fig. 410).
(p)
Turn the QAD ring in the clockwise direction until it engages with the AGB flange.
CAUTION: DO NOT APPLY A TORQUE OF MORE THAN 320 POUND-INCHES
