(10) Do a check that the FILTER BYPASS light on the pilot's overhead panel P5-2 comes on when the pressure is between 10.5 and 12.5 psig (Fig. 503).
NOTE: The bypass valve for the fuel filter opens at 15 |1 psig.

(11) The FUEL light and the two MASTER CAUTION lights must also come on.
NOTE: If the FUEL light and/or one of the two MASTER CAUTION lights
____ does not come on, do a test of the components that follow:
-MASTER WARNING and CAUTION lights (AMM 33-15-00/501).

(12) Slowly decrease the air pressure.
(a) Make sure the FILTER BYPASS light goes off when the pressure is between 10 and 8 psi.

(13) Set the FUEL light and the two MASTER CAUTION lights.
(a) Do a check that the three lights stay off.

Remove the pressure gage or the test equipment, if used.

Disconnect the air pressure source from the pressure gage or test equipment.

FUEL FILTER DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SWITCH - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure gives the steps for the removal and installation of the
fuel filter differential pressure switch.
B. You can find the fuel filter differential pressure switch which is
attached to a bracket at 7:45 o'clock on the fan case below and aft of
the fuel filter.

(1) Container - 5 gallon (20-liter) capacity,
