 CAUTION: USE TWO WRENCHES WHEN YOU REMOVE THE COUPLING NUTS FOR THE
_______ SUPPLY LINE, ONE TO HOLD THE FITTING AND ONE TO LOOSEN THE COUPLING NUT. THIS WILL PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE HARDWARE.
 (11) Remove these plumbing lines from the outboard side of the MEC as follows (Fig. 404):
 (a)  
Disconnect the fuel outlet line at the MEC DISCHARGE port.

 (b)  
Remove the clamp block for the drain line installed below the MEC.

 (c)  
Loosen the clamp blocks downstream of the MEC.

 (d)  
Disconnect the drain line for the main oil/fuel heat exchanger.

 1)  Move the drain line forward and attach it to the accessory gearbox (AGB).

 (e)  
Disconnect the lower overboard drain line from the 45° elbow fitting below the fuel control box. 1) Move the drain line down and forward and attach it to the

 line removed above.

 (f)  
Disconnect the drain line for the starter case.

 1)  Move the drain line down and attach it to the lines you removed above.

 (g)  
Disconnect the floating clamps from the upper overboard drain line and the OIL-IN line. 1) Do not remove the clamps.

 (h)  
Disconnect the upper overboard drain line from the 90° elbow fitting on the top of the MEC and behind the servo fuel heater. 1) Move the drain line down and forward and attach it to the

 line removed above.

 (i)  
Remove the FUEL IN line that goes from the fuel pump to the servo fuel heater.

(j)  
Remove the OIL-IN line that goes from the main oil scavenge filter to the servo fuel heater (outboard side) (Fig. 404, Sheet 2).

 (k)  
Disconnect the clamps 1 and 2 from the bracket behind the MEC.
