 (1)  Open the right fan cowl panel (AMM 71-11-02/201).

 WARNING: OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THIS PROCEDURE WHEN YOU OPEN THE
_______ THRUST REVERSERS. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS, INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR.
 (2)  
Open the left thrust reverser (AMM 78-31-00/201).

 (3)  
Remove the lockwire and disconnect the line coupling nut of the CDP from the CBP sensor.

 S 034-015-C00

 (4)  
Remove the lockwire and disconnect the line coupling nut of the CBP from the CBP sensor.

 CAUTION:_______DO NOT TURN THE SENSOR BELLOWS ASSEMBLY OF THE CBP. ENGINE OPERATION COULD BE CHANGED AND THE MEC WILL HAVE TO BE CALIBRATED AGAIN.
 (5)  Remove the CBP sensor (Fig. 401).
 (a)  Remove the four screws and washers that attach the CBP sensor to the MEC.

Remove and discard the o-ring from the CBP sensor base.

Remove and discard the o-ring from the MEC groove.

 (d)  
Remove the CBP sensor filter. 1) Discard the o-rings of the CBP sensor filter. 2) Keep the CBP sensor filter.

 D. Procedure
 S 424-018-C00
 (1)  Install the packing on the CDP sensor.
 (a)  
Lightly apply a layer of petrolatum on two new o-rings.

 (b)  
Install the o-rings on the filter.

 (c)  
Install the filter in the CBP sensor.

 (d)  
Lightly apply a layer of petrolatum on two new o-rings.

 (e)  
Install the o-rings in the base of the CBP sensor and the groove of the MEC.

 (2)  Attach the CDP sensor and CBP sensor coupling nuts to the CBP sensor ports (nipples) as follows:
 (a)  
Do a check of the nipples and nuts to see that they are clean and have no damage.

 (b)  
If the nipples and nuts are dirty or damaged, replace them.

 WARNING:_______DO NOT LET ENGINE OIL STAY ON YOUR SKIN. USE ENGINE OIL IN AREA WITH GOOD VENTILATION. ENGINE OIL IS POISONOUS AND CAN BE ABSORBED THROUGH YOUR SKIN. ENGINE OIL FUMES CAN IRRITATE YOUR RESPIRATORY TRACT.

 (c)  
If the nipples and nuts do not show damage, apply a layer of engine oil to them.

 (d)  
Connect the CBP line to the CBP sensor nipple.

 (e)  
Tighten the nut to 135-150 pound-inches
