Open the right fan cowl panel (AMM 71-11-02/201).

Disconnect the electrical connector from the T12 sensor.
NOTE: Padded jaw connector pliers can be used to disconnect the
____ wirng harness connector from the temperature sensor.

(3)
Install the protective covers on the sensor and the electrical connector.
(4)
Remove the four bolts and washers on the sensor.
(5)
Remove and keep the four dampers.
(6)
Pull the sensor away from its recess in the inlet case.
(7)
Remove and keep the damper which is between the sensor and the case.

Install the four dampers on the sensor.

Put the damper on the case
(a) Make sure the side with the ENGINE SIDE mark touches the case.

(3) Install the sensor into the recess in the inlet duct.
(a) Make sure the electrical connector faces down.

(4) Install the 4 bolts and washers lightly coated with grease.
