(3) S 865-075BEJ 113; Set the portable tester to SUBFRAME 0, WORD 12.
(4) S 865-068BEJ 101-112; Set the portable tester to SUBFRAME 0, WORD 28.
(5) S 215-016Make sure the portable tester display is 0000.
(6) S 825-017If the display is not 0000, adjust the sensor: (a) Remove the hydraulic power (Ref 29-15-00/201). (b) Open the forward access door, 1103. (c) Loosen the two sensor clamp screws. (d) Hold the cable drum and turn the sensor until the mark on the shaft aligns with the mark on the sensor.
NOTE:____ No special position of the aligned marks is necessary.
(e) (f) Turn the sensor to get a display of 0000 on the portable tester.Tighten the clamp screws to 30-35 pound-inches.
WARNING:_______ MAKE SURE PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF ALL CONTROL SURFACES BEFORE YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. AILERONS, RUDDERS, ELEVATORS, FLAPS, SPOILERS, LANDING GEAR, AND THRUST REVERSERS CAN MOVE QUICKLY WHEN YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(g) Supply power to hydraulic systems A and B (Ref 29-15-00/201).
(7) S 865-018Put the control wheel in the positions shown in the table.
(8) S 215-019At each position, make sure the portable tester display agrees with the values in the table.

(9) Disconnect the test set from the airplane.
F. Put the airplane in its usual condition.
(1) S 865-020Put the TEST--NORMAL switch in the NORMAL position.
(2) S 865-021Put the POWER switch on the portable tester to the OFF position.
(3) S 085-022Disconnect the portable tester from the flight data recorder system.
(4) S 415-024Close the forward access door, 1103.
(5) S 865-025Remove the hydraulic power if it is not necessary (Ref 29-15-00/201).
(6) S 865-026Remove the electrical power if it is not necessary (Ref 24-22-00/201).

A. There are three tasks in this procedure. There is one task for the removal and one task for the installation of the rudder position transmitter. There is also a task to adjust the rudder position transmitter.
