Remove the nut, washer and bolt that attach the transmitter rod to the rudder aft quadrant.
(f)
Remove the nut, washer and bolt that attach the transmitter rod to the rudder feel and centering unit.
(g)
Remove the transmitter rod from the airplane.

ELEVATOR POSITION TRANSMITTER - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure has two tasks, one for the removal and one for the installation of the elevator position transmitter (which is referred to as the transmitter). The procedure has these parts:
(1)
The removal of the transmitter.
(2)
The installation of the transmitter.
(3)
An adjustment of the transmitter.
B. There is a transmitter on the left and right elevator. The procedure is the same for each transmitter.
