1) Make sure the PARKING BRAKE ON light goes off and the intermittent horn stops.

Put the airplane back to its usual condition if no more tests are necessary.

(7) If you did the parking brake test, make sure of the conditions that follow before you continue.
(a)
Make sure you install chocks on the landing gear wheels.
(b)
Disengage the parking brakes.
(c)
Make sure this circuit breaker is closed:
1) On the P6 panel: a) LANDING GEAR FAIL WARN AND PARKING BRAKE
(d)
Make sure the PARKING BRAKE ON light is OFF.
F. Put the Airplane Back to its Usual Condition.

Put the speed brakes, stabilizer, flaps, thrust levers, and circuit breakers back to their usual positions.

1. General_______
A. This procedure has two tasks. The tasks are a removal and an installation of the landing warning switches that are operated by the thrust levers (S139 and S140). The removal and the installation procedures are the same for each switch.
B. The switches are installed on the installation supports of the autothrottle servo. These supports are found in the ceiling of the electronic equipment compartment.

(1) Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a) P6 Load Control Center - Right 1) LANDING GEAR LIGHTS 2) ANTI-SKID FAIL WARN & PARK BRAKE

Remove the switch (Fig. 401):
(a)
Disconnect the electrical wires from the switch.
(b)
Remove the bolts that attach the switch to the installation support.
(c)
Remove the switch from the support.
(3)
Remove the switch actuator from the switch.
