 (9)  Move thrust lever No. 1 to 19-24 degrees from the idle position.
 (a)  Make sure you hear the continuous horn at thrust lever positions less than 31 degrees from the idle position.

 (a)  Make sure the continuous horn is off at thrust lever positions greater than 33 degrees from the idle position.

 (12) Move the two thrust levers to a position of more than 33 degrees from the idle position.
 (a)  Make sure the continuous horn stops.

 For airplanes not on jacks, push and hold the air sensing switch on the E11 shelf.

 Fully extend the flaps.
 (a)  Make sure you hear the continuous horn at all flap positions larger than 15 units.

 (a)  Make sure the horn stays on.

 (a)  Make sure the continuous horn goes off at approximately the 15 unit position.

 (18) Fully retract the flaps.
 (a)  Make sure the continuous horn stays off.
 NOTE: If the airplane is not on jacks, the intermittent horn
____ (takeoff configuration) will come on. Set the thrust levers to the idle position to stop the horn.

 (19) Do a check of switch S138 (AMM 31-26-12/401) and switch S130 (AMM 31-26-23/401) if the test did not operate correctly.

Remove the aluminum, or copper, or steel shields (slugs) if it is necessary.

Compress and connect the teleflex cable if it is necessary.

Lower all the landing gear and install the gear ground lockpins (AMM 32-00-01/201).

Remove the protractor and the adapter from the thrust lever.

Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).

 7. Takeoff Warning System Adjustment

 A. General
 (1)  
Do the adjustment procedures for the Takeoff Warning System when the Takeoff Warning System tests show a malfunction.
 (2)  
Refer to the applicable Removal/Installation procedure when it is necessary to replace a switch.
