Make sure you did the Prepare For Input Parameter Test task.

Do this test of the position signals from the control wheel:
(a)
Attach the universal protractor 11MIT5-74110-51 to the control wheel.
(b)
Set the portable tester to SUBFRAME 0, WORD 28.
(c)
Move the control wheel to the zero degree position.
(d)
Install a rig pin in the captain's control wheel.
(e)
Make sure the portable tester display is 7771 to 0007 (nominal 0000).
(f)
Remove the rig pin from the captain's control wheel.
(g)
Turn the control wheel to the positions shown in the table.
