(e) (f) Move the applicable thrust lever forward until the switch operates (continuity through the switch C and NO terminals). 1) Make sure the thrust lever is 32+/-1 degree forward of the idle position.If the switch does not operate at the correct position, adjust the position of the switch bracket.
NOTE:____ On some airplanes there is an adjustment screw on the switch. This screw permits you to adjust these switches without movement of the switch bracket.
(g) Move the applicable thrust lever full forward. 1) Make sure the switch stays in operation (there is continuity through the switch terminals).
(4) S 714-014Do these tasks if you adjusted the position of the switch bracket: "Control Stand Wing Anti-Ice Switches" (Ref 30-11-51/401) and "Thrust Reverser Arm and Stow Switches" (Ref 78-34-05/201).
(5) S 084-015Remove the ohmmeter.
(6) S 864-016Connect the electrical wires to the switch.
(7) S 864-018Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers: (a) P6 Load Control Center - Right 1) LANDING GEAR LIGHTS 2) ANTI-SKID FAIL WARN AND PARK BRAKE 3) AURAL WARN
(8) S 714-017Do this task: "Takeoff Warning System Test" (Ref 31-26-00/501).

FLAP TAKEOFF WARNING SWITCH - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure has two tasks. The tasks include a removal and an installation of the flap takeoff warning switch (S130). The installation task also has an adjustment procedure.
B. The flap warning switch and the flap limit switches are on the flap control unit in the right wheel well (Fig. 401).
C. The flap-up limit switch is part of the flap control system. This switch supplies an input to the warning system as an auxiliary function. The removal/installation for this switch is included in Chapter 27, Flight Controls.

C. Procedure

Make sure you installed all the ground lockpins for the landing gear.

Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a) P6 Load Control Center - Right
1) AURAL WARN
2) LIGHTS
3) GEAR SWITCH & ANTI-SKID TEST

Remove the switch cover from the flap control unit.
