Use shims to lift the speed brake lever an additional 0.01 inch or more. 1) Make sure there is no continuity between the C and NO
terminals.
(g)
Remove the shims.
(h)
Tighten the attachment screws.
(i)
Connect the switch wires.

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker:
(a) P6 Load Control Center - Right
1) LANDING GEAR LIGHTS

(6) Do this task: "Takeoff Warning System Test" (Ref 31-26-00/501).

CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING SWITCH - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure has two tasks. The tasks are a removal and an
installation of the cabin altitude warning switch (S128).

(1) Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a) P6 Load Control Center - Right
1) AURAL WARN
2) LEVER LATCH AND PRESS WARN

Remove the forward access door 1103L.
S 024-004
(3)
Remove the switch:
(a)
Disconnect the electrical plug.
(b)
Remove the attachment fasteners.
(c)
Remove the switch.

3. Cabin Altitude Warning Switch Installation__________________________________________
A. Standard Tools and Equipment
(1) Vacuum source - 5 psi vacuum (10 psia), with an adapter for a hose connection to the vent port of the cabin altitude switch.
