A. Special Tools and Equipment
(1) One of these portable testers which can make a selection of SUPERFRAMES (if applicable), SUBFRAMES and WORDS to show flight data recorder system data. The Teledyne tester 2222786 or the Sundstrand 981-6301-002 can be used with flight data recorder (FDR) that record up to 64 wps. The Teledyne tester 2229738-1 is applicable to FDRs that record up to 128 wps and the Teledyne tester 2229738-1 Mod E is applicable to FDRs that record up to 256 wps.
