1. General_______
A. There is one task in this procedure, a repair of the quadrant for the flight spoiler actuator. The repair includes the replacement of the rivets that attach the quadrant to the shaft.

(1)
Remove the quadrant for the flight spoiler actuator
(AMM 27-61-61/401).
S 358-003
(2)
Repair the quadrant shaft:
WARNING:_______DO NOT MAKE THE RIVET HOLES LARGER. YOU WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE QUADRANT SHAFT AND THE QUADRANT.
(a)
Remove the broken parts of the rivets from the holes in the quadrant.
(b)
Install the new rivets.
(c)
Examine the aluminum foil marker on the quadrant. 1) Replace the marker if it is damaged or not there.

(3) Install the quadrant for the flight spoiler actuator (AMM 27-61-61/401).
