Move the ALTERNATE FLAP control switch to extend the flaps.

Remove the electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Supply the electric power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Make sure the system B hydraulic power is removed

Move the flaps to the 25 unit position with alternate (electric) power:
(a)
Put the ALTERNATE FLAP arm switch in the ARM position.
(b)
Put the ALTERNATE FLAP control switch in the DOWN position to extend the flaps. 1) Extend the flaps until the dimension X is 25.52 to 25.68
inches more than the dimension X1 that you recorded during transmitter removal. 2) Move the flap control lever to 25 unit position, to match the flap position.
E. Install the Flap Position Transmitter

Set the flap position indicator to the center of the white area at the 25-unit position:

Install the electrical connector on the position transmitter.
