(e) Attach the actuator link to the input arm: 1) Put the actuator link in its position in the input arm. 2) Install the bolt, washer and nut to attach the actuator
link to the input arm. 3) Install the cotter pin in the nut.

Connect the wing spoiler cables to the quadrant:
(a)
Install the rig pins A/S-8 thru A/S-11 in the spoiler actuator quadrants No. 2, 3, 6, and 7 (Fig. 401).
(b)
Install the rig pin A/S-14 in the spoiler mixer (Fig. 403).
(c)
Remove the cable clamps and tags from the cables.
(d)
Attach the cables to the quadrant (Fig. 402).
(e)
Connect the cables at the turnbuckles in the wheel wells.

Adjust the tension in the cables to the limits shown in Fig. 401.

Make sure the cables are correctly adjusted:
(a)
Remove the rig pins A/S-8 thru A/S-11 and A/S-14.
(b)
Turn the captain's aileron control wheel through one full cycle.
(c)
Install the rig pin A/S-14 in the spoiler mixer (Fig. 403).
(d)
Install the rig pins A/S-8 thru A/S-11 in the spoiler actuator quadrants No. 2, 3, 6, and 7 (Fig. 401).
(e)
Make sure the tension in the cable is in the limits shown in Fig. 401.
(f)
Do a check of the marks for the shear rivets.
(g)
If the marks do not align, replace the shear rivets (Ref 27-61-61/801).
(h)
Remove the rig pins from the quadrants and the spoiler mixer.
(i)
Install the lock clips and the lockwire on the turnbuckles for the cables.

(6) Do the functional test of the flight spoiler actuator quadrant (Ref 27-61-61/501).
NOTE: It is only necessary to do the test of the spoiler quadrant

that you replaced.
F. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition

Supply the systems A and B hydraulic power (Ref 27-61-00/201).

Move the flap control lever to the UP position to retract the trailing edge flaps.
