 (n) Remove the rig pin.
 (o) Connect the ohmmeter to pins 5 and 7 on connector P2.
 (p) Move the reverse thrust lever aft until there is continuity
 between pins 5 and 7 on connector P2.
 1) Make sure the reverse thrust lever is 32 to 34 degrees aft
 from the reverser stowed position.
 ú  2) If there is no continuity with the reverse thrust lever at
 the specified position, turn the S5 adjustment bolt
 clockwise until there is continuity between pins 5 and 7.
 (q) Move the reverse thrust lever to the stowed position.
 (r) Make sure there is no continuity between pins 5 and 7 on
 connector P2.
 (s) Remove the ohmmeter from pins 5 and 7.
 (t) Tighten the jamnuts to 15-25 inch-pounds.
 (u) Apply inspection seal to the jamnut.
 (v) Connect the electrical wires to the switch terminals.

 (2)  Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
 (a) P6 Panel
 1) AUTO SPEED BRAKE

 2) AURAL WARN

 I.  Procedure 2 - adjusts the engine throttle switch using the aural warn
 system.
 NOTE: If you do procedure 2, do not do procedure 1 using the ohmmeter.____

 (1) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
 (a) P6 Panel
 1) AUTO SPEED BRAKE
 2) AURAL WARN
 3) AUTO BRAKES CONT
 4) ENGINE 1 SYNC LOCK

 (2) Adjust the engine throttle switch (Fig. 401):
 (a) Make sure the adjustment of the engine control system is
 correct (AMM 76-11-00/501).
 ú  (b) Put the applicable thrust lever in the idle stop position.
 (c) Install the control surface protractor on the applicable
 throttle lever.
 (d) Set the protractor to the 0 degree position.
 (e) Set the parking brake.
 ú  (f) Slowly move the thrust lever forward, stop when you hear the
 aural warning horn.
 ú  1) Make sure the thrust lever is 8.5 to 10.5 degrees forward
 of the idle stop position.
 ú  2) If there is no horn, with the thrust lever at the specified
 position, turn the S1-S4 adjusment bolt clockwise until you
 hear the horn.
 ú  (g) Move the thrust lever to the idle position.
 1) Make sure you do not hear the horn.
 (h) Remove the protractor from the throttle lever.
 (i) Install the protractor on the reverse thrust lever.
 (j) Adjust the protractor to show zero degrees with the reverse
 thrust lever fully forward and down (stow position).
 (k) Check that rig pin 1 (F70207-23) can be inserted freely in the
 torque switch mechanism of the autothrottle.
 (l) If the rig pin cannot be inserted refer to cable rigging checks
 in AMM 76-11-00/501 for reverse thrust lever clearance.

Tighten the jamnuts to 15-25 inch-pounds.

 (a)  
P6 Panel
 1) AUTO SPEED BRAKE
 2) OUTBOARD ANTI-SKID
 3) INBOARD ANTI-SKID
