Procedure
S 714-004
(1)
Make sure the interlock valve moves smoothly through its full travel.
S 424-005
(2)
Install the interlock valve (Fig. 401):
(a)
Put the valve in its position with the hydraulic tubes and ports aligned.
(b)
Install the three reducers and O-rings in the ports of the valve: 1) Remove the caps from the ports. 2) Apply a thin layer of the hydraulic fluid or the assembly
lube on the O-rings. 3) Install the O-rings and the reducers in the ports.
(c)
Attach the valve with the three bolts and washers.
(d)
Remove the plugs from the hydraulic tubes.
(e)
Connect the hydraulic tubes to the valve.
(f)
Install the actuators for the landing gear safety sensors (Ref 32-09-01/401).
(g)
Attach the valve yoke to the pivot arm.
(3)
Supply the electrical power (Ref 24-22-00/201).
