(3) S 085-013Remove the protractors and the protractor stands from the spoilers No. 2 and 6.

1. General_______
A. There is one task in this procedure, an inspection of the spoiler control quadrant. To do the inspection, you measure the diameters of the bearings and the bolts that attach the aileron spring cartridge.

Remove the aileron spring cartridge (Ref 27-61-41/401).

Examine the bearings and bolts for worn areas (Fig. 601):
(a)
Remove the bolts and bearings.
(b)
Use a micrometer to measure the bolts and bearings.
(c)
Compare the dimensions you measured with the permitted dimensions shown in Fig. 601.
(d)
Replace the parts that are not in the tolerance.
(e)
Install the bearings.
(3)
Install the aileron spring cartridge (Ref 27-61-41/401).
