Turn the guide tube to disconnect it from the lower rod end adapter.
(e)
Remove the lower rod end and lower rod end adapter.
(f)
Move the guide tube fully on the swivel tube.
(g)
Remove the collar from the cable.
(h)
Remove the guide tube.
(i)
Remove the bolt that attaches the upper rod end to the valve lever.
(j)
From the top end of the cable, pull the cable to remove it from the flexible tube.

Remove the flexible tube:
(a)
Turn the captive bushings to disconnect the flexible tube from the two swivels.
(b)
Remove the cable guide adjacent to the landing gear trunnion.
(c)
Remove the two clamps from the wing structure and the three clamps on the drag strut.
(d)
Remove the flexible tube from the airplane.

Remove the nut from the upper swivel.
(b)
Remove the upper swivel and the two washers.
(c)
Remove the clamp and the protective boot from the adapter.
(d)
Remove the two nuts from the lower swivel.
(e)
Remove the lower swivel and the two washers.

Apply a thick layer of the grease to the flexible cable, swivel tubes, and guide tube.

Install the swivel assemblies:
(a)
Install the washer on the lower swivel.
NOTE: The length of the threads is longer on the lower swivel

Install the lower swivel in the mounting bracket with the swivel tube down.
