Make sure that the SMC 2 display shows DADC #2 INACTIVE.

Close the AIR DATA CMPTR 1 AC circuit breaker on the P18-2 panel and the AIR DATA CMPTR 2 AC circuit breaker on the P6-1 panel.

Do a check of the IRU input to the SMC:
(a)
Make sure that the IRS L and IRS R switches on the IRS mode select unit (P5 overhead panel) are not in the OFF position.

Push each down button.
(c)
Make sure that each display shows IRU ACTIVE.
(d)
Open these circuit breakers:
1) P6 Panel
a) IRS NO. 2 AC
b) IRS NO. 2 DC
2) P18 Panel
a) IRS NO. 1 AC
b) IRS NO. 1 DC
(e)
Make sure that the SMC 1 display shows IRU #1 INACTIVE.
(f)
Make sure that the SMC 2 display shows IRU #2 INACTIVE.
(g)
Close these circuit breakers:
1) P6 Panel
a) IRS NO. 2 AC
b) IRS NO. 2 DC
2) P18 Panel
a) IRS NO. 1 AC
b) IRS NO. 1 DC

Set the FMC transfer switch on the P5-28 panel to the "NORMAL" position.

Push each down button.
(c)
Make sure each display shows FMC ACTIVE.

Open this circuit breaker on the P18-2 panel:
1) FMCS CMPTR NO. 1
(e)
Make sure the display on SMC1 shows FMC INACTIVE.
(f)
Open this circuit breaker on the P6-1 panel:
1) FMCS CMTR NO. 2
(g)
Make sure the display on SMC2 shows FMC INACTIVE.
(h)
Close this circuit breaker on the P18-2 panel:
1) FMCS CMPTR NO. 1
(i)
Close this circuit breaker on the P6-1 panel:
1) FMCS CMPTR NO. 2
(j)
Set the FMC transfer switch on the P5-28 panel to "BOTH ON R" position.
(k)
Make sure each SMC display shows FMC ACTIVE.
(l)
Open this circuit breaker on the P6-1 panel:
1) FMCS CMPTR NO. 2

Make sure each SMC display shows FMC INACTIVE.
(n)
Close this circuit breaker on the P6-1 panel:
1) FMCS CMPTR NO. 2
(o)
Set the FMC transfer switch on the P5-28 panel to "BOTH ON L" position.
(p)
Make sure each SMC display shows FMC ACTIVE.
(q)
Open this circuit breaker on the P18-2 panel:
1) FMCS CMPTR NO. 1
(r)
Make sure each SMC display shows FMC INACTIVE
(s)
Close this circuit breaker on the P18-2 panel:
1) FMCS CMPTR NO. 1
