(7) S 715-009Use the insulaton tester to examine all wires and switch that have a resistance of 2 megohms or larger.
(8) S 865-010Move the stabilizer trim cutout switch S272 to NORMAL.
(9) S 425-015Install the digital flight data acquisition unit (DFDAU) (AMM 31-24-22/401).

Connect the electrical connector D3124 to the column actuated cutout switch M1201.

HORIZONTAL STABILIZER INTERLOCK RELAY - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure has these tasks:
(1)
A removal of the horizontal stabilizer interlock relay.
(2)
An installation of the horizontal stabilizer interlock relay.
B.
The horizontal stabilizer interlock relay is referred to as the R850 relay or relay in this procedure.

Open this circuit breaker and install a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:

R850 Relay Assembly Removal

(1)
Remove the overhead panels in the main cabin between STA 867 and STA 887, do this task: AMM 25-21-45/401 "Sculptured Ceiling Panel Removal".
(2)
Remove the electrical connector from the R850 relay assembly.
(3)
Remove the two screws that attach the relay bracket to the relay.

Remove the relay from the bracket and disconnect the connector from the wiring loom.
