(b) Make sure the trailing edge of the flap is not more than
+/- 0.25 inch from the WCP.
NOTE: Make sure the aftflap deadweight roller touches the____
track when you measure the dimension.
(c) Make sure the opposite flap aligns in the limits of 0.10 inch.
(d) If it is necessary, adjust the flap:
1) Remove the forward roller assemblies from the flap
carriage.
2) Loosen the nut on the roller assembly until you can turn
the eccentric bushing.
3) Turn the bushings until the flap aligns with the WCP.
NOTE: The trailing edge will move 0.10 inch for each notch____
that you turn the bushing. All bushings on the flap
must be in the same position.
4) Tighten the nuts on the bushings to 200-500 pound-inches.
5) Install the cotter pins.
(e) Install the carriage front rollers.
(f) Install the lockwire on the bolts.
(g) Examine the position of the flap trailing edge compared to the
WCP.
(h) Remove the inboard flap rigging beam.
