Remove the two input rods from the airplane.
(e)
Remove the three bolts, nuts, and washers that attach each end of the neutral shift crank to the support bracket.
(f)
Remove the neutral shift crank and spacers from the airplane.
(g)
Disconnect the rods of the stabilizer position sensor.

(1)
If you replace the support bearings of the neutral shift crank, apply the primer to the bearings:
(a)
Remove the bearing with the inner and the outer bearing retainers from the short end of the neutral shift crank.
(b)
Remove the two nuts, bolts, and washers from the clevis crank at the long end of the neutral shift crank. 1) Remove the retainer.
(c)
Remove the bearing with the inner and the outer bearing retainers from the long end of the neutral shift crank.
