control wheel. 3) Disconnect the electrical cable from the wire guide.
(b)
Install the insulator between the switch and the interphone switch wires.
(c)
Install the switch and the guard assembly in the control wheel: 1) Pull the electrical cable through the control wheel until the switch and the guard assembly are in the control wheel. 2) Install the pan head screws. a) Tighten the screws to 4 |1/2 pound-inches.
3) Make sure there is a minimum of 0.002-inch clearance between the control wheel handle and the switch.
(d)
Install the switch wires to the terminal block: 1) Remove the insulation. 2) Install the terminals on the wires (See Fig. 401 for color
code identification of wires for terminal matching). 3) Install the terminals on the terminal block. 4) Attach the switch wires to the terminal block.

P6-2 Circuit Breaker Panel
1) STABILIZER TRIM ACTUATOR
2) STABILIZER TRIM CONT

Disconnect the electrical connector D3124 from the column actuated cutout switch M1201.

Move the stabilizer trim cutout switch S272 to CUTOUT.

Remove the digital flight data acquisition unit (DFDAU) (AMM 31-24-22/401).

Do a check of all wires and switch for the electrical insulation between the wire and ground, and between these wires:

VIOLET wire to RED wire

VIOLET wire to ORANGE wire
(c)
VIOLET wire to BLACK-ORANGE wire

RED wire to BLACK-ORANGE wire
(e)
RED wire to ORANGE wire
