GET THE BUSHING. BORE THE HOLE TO GET 0.0003 TO 0.0022 INCH INTERFERENCE FIT (0.8129 INCH MAXIMUM). REAM THE BUSHING T0 0.6245/0.6255 INCH DIAMETER
BORE THE HOLE OVERSIZE TO BE 0.4521 TO 0.4526 INCH. USE BACB30LE7U46X (SIZE 0.4521 TO 0.4526

Examine the parts for worn areas:

 (a)  
Use a micrometer or a vernier caliper to measure the parts for the worn areas.

 (b)  
Compare the dimensions you measured with the permitted dimensions shown in Fig. 601.
