 (5)  S 225-006Examine the position of the bellcrank (2) and the cam arm (6).
 NOTE:____ The bellcrank and the arm will make an angle of approximately 157 degrees with the clutch engaged.
 (a)  If the clutch is not engaged, push the bellcrank to the position shown to engage the clutch.
 NOTE:____ A 350 to 425-pound load at the outboard end of the bellcrank is necessary to disengage the clutch. A small force is necessary to engage the clutch.
 (6)  S 825-007Move the cam roller (7) 0.42 | 0.03 inch from the forward end of the slot as shown: (a) Turn the adjustment screws (13 and 14) to adjust the boom cables. (b) If it is not easy to get the 0.42-inch dimension, you can use a rigging block. 1) You can make the rigging block from a 2.25 inch plastic block. The block must have the shape of the cam slot. 2) Use the tape to hold the rigging block in the cam slot and put the roller against the block.
 (7)  S 835-008Keep the 0.42 inch dimension and adjust the tension on the cables to 100 | 10 pounds.
 NOTE:____ The temperature must be approximately 70°F when you adjust the tension. If the temperature decreases, you must decrease the tension. If the temperature increases, you must increase the tension. Do not change the tolerance to more than the 10 pound limit.
 (8)  S 835-009Adjust the cables (1 and 9) at the turnbuckles until the difference between dimension X and dimension Y is not more than 0.06 inch.
