(3) Connect the current transformer (Fig. 204):
(a)
Disconnect the wire bundle W1502 from the DPCT.
(b)
Remove the dust cap from the current transformer connector D26.
(c)
Install the dust cap on the DPCT connector.
(d)
Connect wire bundle W1502 to current transformer connector D26.

(4) Attach the DPCT wire harness to the generator output cable (Fig. 204):
(a)
Put flexible sleeves on the DPCT terminals.
(b)
Attach the flexible sleeves to the terminals with tying material as shown.
(c)
Move the DPCT harness up along the generator output cable.
(d)
Attach the DPCT harness to the generator output cable with tying material at 2-inch distances.

Make sure that the correct markers are installed to show the oil for the CSD (Fig. 205).

Install the necessary parts on the engine (Fig. 202):
(a)
Install the drain tube (28) in the clamps (29).
(b)
Install the oil fill hose (46): 1) Put the quick-disconnect coupling (48) on the bracket. 2) Install the nut (49). 3) Install the cap (50). 4) Install the elbow (47). 5) Install the oil fill hose (46).
(c)
Attach the hydraulic hoses to the hose support bracket (14):
NOTE: Adjustment of the clamp locations can be necessary after
____ you install the hose support bracket on the generator and CSD. If you loosely attach the clamps, you can tighten them when you install the hose support bracket. You will install the hose support bracket during the generator and CSD installation procedure.
1) Put the clamps (8, 9, and 10) on the hoses.
NOTE:____Use the clamps you removed from the VSCF. You must install one more clamp (10).
2) Attach the hoses to the hose support bracket (14).

(7) Install the necessary parts on the generator (2) and CSD (1):
(a) Install the blast cover adapter (25) on the generator (2): 1) Put the blast cover adapter (25) on the generator (2). 2) Install the screw (26) and washer (27).

3) Install the wire support bracket (24) with two screws (21) and washers (22). 4) Install the attachment bracket (20) with two screws and washers (18) and (19).
(b)
Install the parts in the oil outlet port if the CSD (1) does not have them: 1) Lubricate a new O-ring (37) with oil. 2) Install the nut (39), retainer (38), and O-ring (37) on the
tee fitting (40). 3) Install the tee fitting (40) in the oil outlet port of the CSD (1).
(c)
Install the parts in the oil inlet port if the CSD (1) does not have them: 1) Lubricate a new O-ring (41) with oil. 2) Install the nut (43), retainer (42), and O-ring (41) on the
elbow (44). 3) Install the elbow (44) in the oil inlet port of the CSD (1).
