CAUTION: DO NOT USE FORCE TO PUSH THE WEAR GAGE ON THE PINS.
_______ THE WEAR GAGE IS A GO/NO GO GAGE AND SHOULD NOT FIT OVER THE PIN. TOO MUCH FORCE ON THE PIN CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
1) Try to put the wear gage F70284-3 on the dc pin E.
2) Do this check again for the pin F.
3) Replace the support base if you can install the gage on one
pins or more.
(e) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close the GND SERVICE circuit breaker on the panel P6-11.

4. External Power Receptacle Neutral Pin to Grounding Stud Continuity Check

A. General
WARNING: STATIC ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD MAY EXIST IF THE AIRPLANE MEETS
_______ THE THE TEST REQUIREMENTS. MAKE SURE THE AIRPLANE HAS SUFFICIENT ELECTRICAL GROUNDS BEFORE DOING MAINTENANCE.

Do this check when the usual procedure to refuel the airplane does not use a static ground cable to the earth-ground facility connection point.

Check the continuity between the receptacle neutral pin and the grounding stud.

Use the low resistance ohmmeter to measure the resistance from the neutral pin on the receptacle to the grounding stud in the main wheel well.

Make sure the resistance does not exceed 0.1 ohms.
