Open these circuit breakers and attach the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
1) P6-4 AIR CONDITIONING AND AIRSTAIR CONTROL AC POWER INDICATION Panel a) C808, TR UNITS NO. 3
(e)
Push the switch S2 on the M238 to the INDICATE position. 1) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - TR 3 light stays off.

MAIN POWER CIRCUIT BREAKERS - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General
_______
A. This procedure has these tasks:
(1)
The first task removes the main power circuit breaker (MPCB), from the P6-11 and P6-12 panels.
(2)
The second task installs the MPCB in the P6-11 and P6-12 panels.
(3)
The third task removes the MPCB from the P6-3 and P6-4 panels.
(4)
The fourth task installs the MPCB in the P6-3 and P6-4 panels.
(5)
The fifth task removes the MPCB from the right forward compartment.
(6)
The sixth task installs the MPCB in the right forward compartment.
B.
The two MPCBs for the APU generator are installed in the lower
compartments of the P6-11 and P6-12 panels.
C.
The two transfer relays are located behind the P6-3 and P6-4 panels.
D.
The two MPCBs for the external power are installed in the right forward compartment, adjacent to the nose wheel well.
E.
The two MPCBs for the engine driven generators are installed in the right forward compartment.

Remove electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

(2)
Disconnect the battery connector from the main battery, located in the electronic equipment area.

(3)
Loosen the two screws on the front of the P6-11, and the P6-12 panels and open the panels.

Procedure

WARNING: MAKE SURE ALL THE POWER IS OFF BEFORE YOU TOUCH A CONDUCTOR IN
_______ THE CONTROL COMPARTMENTS. ELECTRICAL SHOCKS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS.
(1) Remove the MPCB:
(a) Remove the two screws which attach the MPCB cover plate.
