Push the switch S2 to the INDICATE position.
1) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - NO. 1 light on the M238 comes on.
(e)
Set the dc selector switch to the TR 1 position. 1) Make sure that the voltmeter shows 22 to 30 volts dc. 2) Make sure that the ammeter shows that there is a load.
(f)
Push the switch S2 to the INDICATE position.
1) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - NO. 2 light and the TR 3 light on the M238 stay off.
(g)
Make sure these circuit breakers are closed:
1) P6-5 DC POWER INDICATION Panel a) C27, DC BUS POWER - NO. 2 b) C24, DC BUS INDICATION - BUS NO. 2/GALLEY PWR CONT
(h)
Push the switch S2 to the INDICATE position. 1) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - NO. 2 light on the M238
stays off. 2) Make sure that the TR 3 light on the M238 stays off.
(i)
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
1) P6-4 AIR CONDITIONING AND AIRSTAIR CONTROL AC POWER INDICATION Panel a) C1065, DC BUS 1 b) C1066, DC BUS 2
(j)
Push the switch S2 on the M238 to the INDICATE position. 1) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - NO. 2 light comes on. 2) Make sure that the TR 3 light stays off.
(k)
Open this circuit breaker and attach the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
1) P6-4 AIR CONDITIONING AND AIRSTAIR CONTROL AC POWER INDICATION Panel a) C806, TR UNITS NO. 1
(l)
Push the switch S2 on the M238 to the INDICATE position. 1) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - NO. 1 light stay off. 2) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - NO. 2 light stay off.
(m)
Make sure that the dc voltmeter shows 0 volt.
(n)
Make sure that the dc ammeter shows 0 amps.
(o)
Open these circuit breakers and attach the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
1) P6-4 AIR CONDITIONING AND AIRSTAIR CONTROL AC POWER INDICATION Panel a) C1066, DC BUS 2
(p)
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker:
1) P6-4 AIR CONDITIONING AND AIRSTAIR CONTROL AC POWER INDICATION Panel a) C807, TR UNITS NO. 2

Make sure this circuit breaker is closed:
1) P6-12 GENERATOR NO.2 AND EXTERNAL POWER a) C821, TRANSFER BUS NO. 2 NORMAL
(r)
Push the switch S2 on the M238 to the INDICATE position. 1) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - NO. 1 light stays off. 2) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - NO. 2 light comes on.
(s)
Make sure that the dc voltmeter show 0 volt.
(t)
Set the dc selector switch to the TR 2 position. 1) Make sure that the voltmeter shows 22 to 30 volts dc. 2) Make sure that the ammeter shows that there is a load.
(u)
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
1) P6-4 AIR CONDITIONING AND AIRSTAIR CONTROL AC POWER INDICATION Panel a) C1066, DC BUS 2
(v)
Push the switch S2 on the M238 to the INDICATE position. 1) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - NO. 1 light come on.
(w)
Open these circuit breakers and attach the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
1) P6-4 AIR CONDITIONING AND AIRSTAIR CONTROL AC POWER INDICATION Panel a) C807, TR UNITS NO. 2
(x)
Push the switch S2 on the M238 to the INDICATE position. 1) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - NO. 1 light stays off. 2) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - NO. 2 light stays off.
(y)
Make sure that the voltmeter shows 0 volts.

(7) Do these steps for the test of the No. 3 transformer rectifier.
(a) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
1) P6-4 AIR CONDITIONING AND AIRSTAIR CONTROL AC POWER INDICATION Panel a) C808, TR UNITS NO. 3
2) Push the switch S2 on the M238 to the INDICATE position. a) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - NO. 1 light comes on. b) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - NO. 2 light comes on. c) Make sure that the DC BUS PWR ON - TR 3 light comes on.
3) Make sure that the dc voltmeter shows 22 to 30 volts dc for these positions on the dc selector switch. a) TR 1 b) TR 2 c) TR 3
