3. Wing Gear Doors Adjustment After Door Actuator Replacement

A. General
(1) When you remove or replace the door actuator, you must adjust the doors again. This will make sure the door actuator is fully locked when the doors are closed and aligned. A different adjustment task is given for the door actuator replacement.

During the adjustment procedure, use the safety precautions to prevent persons injury from the accidental door opening or closing.

To get the correct adjustment of the wheel well doors, it is important to have the symmetrical door position. Do all door open checks with the left and right wheel well doors open. Similarly, do all door close checks with the left and right wheel well doors closed.
