Repeat the check of the rigging pin installation, the door open dimension and of the strike board dimensions.
(a)
Do a check for the installation of the rigging pin (WD-1 LH, WD-2 RH) at point A (Fig. 502).
(b)
Use the door locks to open the door fully with the rigging pin in its position.
(c)
Examine the full open dimension (distance from the buttock plane zero to the door midfold hinge) at the front end of the door (View A, Fig. 505).
NOTE: Hang a plumb bob at point E and Y (Views B and C,
____ Fig. 505) to get the buttock plane zero. The airplane must have the usual load distribution, the equal tire and the shock strut inflation. Put a floor mark label on the floor below each plumb bob point. Write a line between the two points.

(d) Make sure that you keep the strikeboard maximum dimension of
13.35 inches and minimum dimension of 1.55 inches (View B-B, Fig. 508).

If you can not install the rigging pin, or if you can not keep the dimensions, adjust the door.

Do the last door system check:
(a)
If you use the adjustable hydraulic pressure source (hydraulic ground cart), do the subsequent steps: 1) Decrease the pressure in the hydraulic systems No. 1 and 4
to 0-50 PSI.
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT ALL PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF
_______ THE DOOR OPERATION PATHS. DO NOT MOVE THE DOORS TOO QUICKLY. IT CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
2) Operate the release handles to the close position for the wheel well doors for the wing and body landing gears. 3) Slowly pressurize the hydraulic systems No. 1 and 4 to slowly bring the door to engage with the door stops. 4) Touch with the door stops slowly to increase the pressure
to 2000 | 50 PSI. 5) Remove the pressure from hydraulic systems No. 1 and 4. 6) Open the UP and DOWN ports on the hydraulic actuator to
remove the (reservoir) pressure. 7) Make sure the door is locked. 8) Make sure that the inboard and outboard doors of the wheel
well align as shown on Fig. 503 and 504.
NOTE: If the doors are not aligned or if the doors do not
____ stay closed, adjust the doors.

Continue to do the last door system:
(a)
If you do not use the adjustable hydraulic source, do the sequence steps: 1) Install a 0.50-inch thick aluminum or steel packing on the
face of the forward door stop of the adjusted door with tape.
