 (7)  S 644-018Lubricate the shank and the thread of the bolt that attach the rod end to the bellcrank.
 (8)  S 434-019Connect the rod end of the actuator to the bellcrank. (a) Install the pin, the spacers and the end caps.
 NOTE:____ Hold them with the bolt, the washer, the nut and the cotter pin.
 (9)  S 614-020Make sure you fill the actuator fully with fluid.

Remove the positioning actuator, the forward and the aft pin assemblies (Ref 32-11-20/401, 20-11-01/401).

Examine the worn limits of the forward and the aft pin assemblies.

 (a)
