 NOTE: You must remove the outboard door (AMM 32-12-01/401) if you
____ install the outboard door before the adjustment of the inboard door. You must follow the adjustment procedures to make sure the door actuator lock is fully in the door closed position.

 (1)  Table 501 (for Figures 502 & 503) shows expanded tolerances which were permitted at delivery. Use these tolerances only if you can not get the usual tolerances.

If it is necessary, remove the outboard door (AMM 32-12-01/401).

Adjust the inboard door:


 CAUTION: IF YOU MOVE THE DOOR WITH THE VALVE LINKAGE CONNECTED AND
_______ INCORRECTLY ADJUSTED OR THE VALVE RIGGING PIN NOT REMOVED, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE VALVE MECHANISM.
 (a)  
Disconnect the linkage rod of the sequence valve from the rod end fitting at point B (View A, Fig. 502).

 (b)  
Put the serrated bracket (View B, Fig. 502) on the inboard door with bolts in the center of the slots.

 (c)  
Tighten the fasteners.


 NOTE: If the outboard door is not removed, extend the length
____ of the two radius rods. This produces an "out-of-fair" condition on the outboard door of 0.10-inch minimum outside the airplane contour.
 (d)  
Remove the bolt for the forward door stop, the shim and the stop plate (View E-E, Fig. 503).

 (e)  
Disconnect the linkage rod of the inboard door from the door (Fig. 502).

 (f)  
Hold the loose end of the actuator linkage rod until no damage will occur when the door is closed in the subsequent steps.
