Remove the mechanical lock assembly and pushrod (Ref 20-11-01/401, 32-11-23/401).

(2)
Examine the truck mechanical lock assembly for worn areas.
(a)
Measure the parts at the locations shown in figure 601.
(b)
Compare the measured dimensions to the wear limits in figure
601.
(c)
If a part is not in tolerance, replace the part if you cannot repair it.
S 426-004
(3) Do this task: "The Truck Mechanical Lock Installation on the Wing Landing Gear (Ref 32-11-23/401).
