(3) S 434-009Install the bolt (1), the washers (2 and 4), the shim (3), and the nut (5) through the shock strut lugs and the door actuator rod. (a) Temporarily, tighten the nut by hand.
(4) S 424-010Connect the door fitting to the actuator rod and install the bolt (17), the washers (15 and 16), the shim (18), and the nut (14). (a) Temporarily, tighten the nut by hand.
(5) S 434-011Install the bolt (13), the washers (11 and 12), and the nut (10) through the door fitting and the shock strut lugs. (a) Tighten the nut (10) from 660 to 780 pound-inches.
(6) S 434-012Install the bolt (6), the washers (7 and 9), the shim (8), and the nut (10).
NOTE:____ The maximum clearance between the bushings of the door fitting and the shock strut lug is 0.003 inch.
(a) (b) If it is necessary, add a shim to get the maximum clearance of 0.003 inch.Tighten the nut from 660 to 780 pound-inches.
(7) S 434-013Tighten the nut (14) 290 to 410 pound-inches.
NOTE:____ The maximum clearance between the bushings of the door fitting and the actuator rod is 0.003 inch.
(a) If it is necessary, add a shim to get the maximum clearance of 0.003 inch.
(8) S 434-014Tighten the nut (5) 660 to 780 pound-inches.
NOTE:____ The maximum clearance between the bushings of the actuator rod and the shock strut lug is 0.003 inch.
(a) If it is necessary, add a shim to get the maximum clearance of 0.003 inch.
(9) S 824-015Do a check on the outboard door fairing of the shock strut and adjust if it is necessary (Ref 32-12-00/501).

DOOR LOCKS FROM THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE
QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS
CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains two tasks:
(1)
The removal of the relief valve on the truck positioning of the wing landing gear.
(2)
The installation of the relief valve on the truck positioning of the wing landing gear.
B.
The relief valve on the truck positioning actuator of the wing landing gear is installed on the side of the actuator. It can be removed and installed with the actuator installed in the airplane.
