WING GEAR DOORS - ADJUSTMENT/TEST

1. General_______
A. This procedure has two tasks:
(1)
The adjustment of the doors for the wing landing gear.
(2)
The adjustment of the doors for the wing landing gear after the door actuator replacement.
B.
When you replace the door, you must adjust the door.
C.
When you replace the sequence valve, it is necessary to operate the door to examine the rigging pin installation. If you can not install the rigging pin freely, the door adjustment is necessary.
D.
When you remove or replace the door actuator, you must adjust the doors. This will make sure that the door actuator is fully locked when the doors are closed. There is a adjustment task for the door actuator replacement.
E.
There is no operational test with these adjustment procedures. Each adjustment procedure is a satisfactory replacement for an operational test.
