The bolt holds the walking beams and the outboard end of the actuator to the support. The support is attached to the airplane structure. The bolt has threads at each end to help the removal and the installation. You must remove the bolt as an assembly with the walking beam support (hanger).

The inspection measures the fit of the bolt.
