S 864-028 WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY INSTALL THE GROUND LOCKS IN ALL LANDING

(2) Install the ground locks in all landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).

_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Wing Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Body Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Release the pressure from the hydraulic system No. 4 (AMM 29-11-00/201).
S 844-005 WARNING: RELEASE THE PRESSURE FROM THE ACTUATOR BEFORE YOU DISCONECT THE
_______ HYDRAULIC LINES FROM THE ACTUATOR. THIS WILL PREVENT INJURY TO PERSONS.

Open the bleed valve to release the pressure from the actuator. S 034-006
(7)
Disconnect the hydraulic line from the actuator. NOTE: Put a cap on the line and seal the port.

Remove the bolt, two end caps, the pin and the spacers to disassemble the actuator rod end from the bellcrank.

Remove the bolt, end caps, the pins and the spacers to disassemble the head end attachment from the shock strut.

CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT MOVE OR DAMAGE THE WING GEAR TRUCK
_______ SENSORS OR TARGET BRACKET. IF THE TARGET BRACKET OR SENSORS ARE MOVED, THEN THE AIRPLANE SYSTEMS MAY NOT RECOGNIZE AN IN-AIR CONDITION.
(1) If the sensor or target bracket is moved or damaged, then do the task to measure the wing landing gear truck sensor clearance (AMM 32-61-22/201).

(2) S 224-013Examine the attached points for too much worn areas (AMM 32-11-20/601).
(3) S 424-014Put the actuator with the head end to the shock strut.
(4) S 434-015Align the spherical bearing with the shock strut lugs. (a) Install the pin and the spacers between the shock strut lugs and the actuator bearing.
(5) S 644-016Lubricate the shank and the thread of the bolt that attach the actuator head end to the shock strut.
(6) S 434-017Add two end caps, the bolt, the flat washer, and the nut. (a) Tighten the nut and install the cotter pin.
