(1) Install the ground locks in all landing gear (Ref 09-11-00/201).

(2) Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Wing Landing Gear" (Ref 32-00-30/201).

(4) S 844-004Release the pressure from the hydraulic system No. 4 (Ref 29-11-00/201).

WARNING: RELEASE THE PRESSURE FROM THE ACTUATOR AND THE LINES BEFORE YOU
_______ DISCONNECT THE LINES TO THE PRESSURE VALVE. THE REMAINING PRESSURE CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS.

Open the bleed valve on the actuator to release the pressure from the truck positioning actuator and the lines (Ref 32-11-20/401).

(1)
Disconnect and seal the hydraulic lines from the valve.

Hold the valve and remove the three bolts.

Remove the valve.

(4)
If the hydraulic fittings are necessary for the replacement valve, remove the hydraulic fittings from the valve.

Seal the valve ports or put a cap on the hydraulic fittings.

For the replacement valve, install the hydraulic fittings in the valve ports with the new O-rings, the gaskets, and the backup rings.

Lubricate the O-rings, the gaskets and the backup rings with the assembly lubricant or the hydraulic fluid during the installation.
