(c) Install the lockbolts (9).

Loosen the bearing adjusting ring (14) (counterclockwise).

Install the ring against the bearing flange with a torque value of 24 to 120 pound-inches.
NOTE: Use the torque wrench adapter to align the slots with

Align the keyways in the trunnion outer sleeve (15) and the adjusting ring (14).

NOTE: After an overhaul, there is BMS 3-27 grease between the
____ trunnion journal and the trunnion sleeve. The grease channel is full of grease if the BMS 3-27 does not come through the grease vent. The grease vent is on the bottom side of the trunnion sleeve.

I. Put the airplane back to its usual condition.
