_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Wing Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Release the pressure from the hydraulic system No. 4
(AMM 29-11-00/201).

Lower the access panel for the trailing edge (571AB LH and 671AB RH) (AMM 06-09-08/201).

Remove the two halves of the walking beam for the wing landing gear (AMM 32-11-15/401).

(2)
Remove the head end of the actuator from the bolt for the walking beam (AMM 32-32-01/401).
S 032-008
(3)
Remove the walking beam support (hanger) with the bolt in the lugs of the support (AMM 32-11-18/401).

Examine the attached point for the approved worn areas (Ref Bolt For The Walking Beam Inspection).

Procedure

(1)
Set the bolt through the support lugs of the walking beam.
S 432-015
(2)
Install the walking beam support (hanger) with the bolt through the support lugs (AMM 32-11-18/401).
S 432-016
(3)
Install the head end of the actuator through the bolt (AMM 32-32-01/401).
S 432-017
(4)
Install the walking beams on each side of the actuator (AMM 32-11-15/401).
F.
Put the Airplane back to its usual condition.

Lubricate the bolt with the grease (AMM 12-21-01/301).
