Disconnect the uplock sensor (AMM 32-61-21/201).

Remove the clamps that connect the sensor conduit.

Loosen the conduit nut at the junction box.

Move the conduit away.

Remove the uplock mechanism:
(a)
Remove the bolt that connects the link to the uplock mechanism.
(b)
Hold the uplock mechanism with the strap hoist.
(c)
Remove the two bolts that attach the mechanism to the uplock supports.
(d)
Remove the uplock mechanism from the airplane.

S 494-035 WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY INSTALL THE GROUND LOCKS IN ALL LANDING
_______ GEAR. AN ACCIDENTAL RETRACTION OF THE LANDING GEAR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Install the ground locks in all landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).

THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE
QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT. THIS
(2) Do this task: "Wing Landing Gear Door Lock Installation" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

(3) Do this task: "Body Landing Gear Door Lock Installation" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

(4) Install the uplock mechanism (Fig. 401): (a) Install the strap hoist on the uplock mechanism. (b) Put the uplock mechanism in the correct position on the uplock support. 1) Install the uplock mechanism with the clevis ends of the frame adjacent to the uplock supports on the structure. (c) Put the hydraulic tube support in the correct position with a flange in each clevis end of the frame. (d) Apply a layer of grease on the uplock attach bolts for the uplock mechanism. (e) Install the bolts with the bolt heads on the external side of the uplock support assembly.
