(1) Install the ground locks in all landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).

_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:

2) 6C30, ALT LG EXT WING R

Remove the Uplock Mechanism.

(1) Disconnect the two ends of the uplock actuator (AMM 32-32-14/401) (Fig. 401).
NOTE: It is not necessary to fully remove the uplock actuator when
____ you remove the uplock mechanism. Keep the uplock actuator hoses connected if it is not necessary to remove the actuator.
(a) Hold the actuator away from the uplock mechanism.

(2) Disconnect the lower end of the actuator rod that operates the uplock-operated sequence valve, from the uplock mechanism.
