WING LANDING GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General
_______
A. This procedure contains these two tasks:
(1)
The removal of the door actuator for the wing landing gear
(2)
The installation of the door actuator for the wing landing gear.
B.
To remove the door actuator these operations are necessary:
(1)
Disconnect the hydraulic hoses from the actuator.
(2)
Remove the actuator.
(3)
Remove the release lever.
C.
To install the door actuator these operations are necessary:
(1)
Install the actuator.
(2)
Install the actuator release lever and the cam.
(3)
Adjust the differential output rods.
(4)
Do a check of the dimensions between the fork of the actuator release lever and the release cam.
(5)
Make sure there are no leaks.
(6)
Adjust the doors (this contains the operational check).
