Install the hydraulic fittings in the valve:
(a)
Lubricate the O-rings and fitting with hydraulic fluid or lubricant.
(b)
Install the hydraulic fittings with O-rings in the ports of the valve.

(5)
Install the valve (Fig. 401):
(a)
Put the washers on the valve attach bolts.
(b)
Put the valve body in its position on the support bracket.
(c)
Install the attach bolts.
(d)
Remove the plugs from the hydraulic lines.
(e)
Connect the hydraulic lines to the valve.

Pressurize hydraulic system No. 4 (Ref 29-11-00/201). S 794-028

Put the landing gear handle to the UP position. S 794-011

Do a check of the hydraulic connections to the valve for leaks. S 794-029

Put the landing gear handle to the DOWN position.
S 094-014 WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO REMOVE THE
_______ DOOR LOCKS FROM THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

WING LANDING GEAR UPLOCK MECHANISM - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains these two tasks:
(1)
The removal of the uplock mechanism for the wing landing gear
(2)
The installation of the uplock mechanism for the wing landing gear.
B.
To remove the uplock mechanism these operations are necessary:
(1)
Disconnect the uplock actuator.
(2)
Disconnect the operator rod from the uplock-operated sequence valve.
(3)
Disconnect the uplock sensor.
(4)
Remove the uplock mechanism.
C.
To install the uplock mechanism these operations are necessary:
(1)
Install the uplock mechanism in the correct position.
(2)
Install the uplock sensor.
(3)
Connect the uplock-operated sequence valve to the operator rod.
(4)
Connect the uplock actuator.
(5)
Do a check of the uplock mechanism in the alternate extend mode.
(6)
Do a check of the uplock mechanism in the extend mode.
(7)
Make sure the uplock-operated sequence valve aligns correctly.
