(1)
Install the hydraulic fittings in the sequence valve:
(a)
Lubricate the new O-rings and the backup rings, and the hydraulic fittings.
NOTE: You can use the Skydrol Assembly Lube or the hydraulic
____
fluid.
(b) Install the hydraulic fittings, the O-rings and the backup rings in the ports of the sequence valve.

Install the sequence valve (Fig. 401):
(a)
Connect the link (11) to the valve (14) with the bolt (12), the nut and the washers.
(b)
Install the clevis assembly (10) and the lever (7), to the valve body with the four bolts (3) and the washers.
(c)
If the bolt heads have holes, install the lockwires.
(d)
Attach the link (11) to the lever (7) with the bolt (9), the nut and the washers.
(e)
Install the top cover (5) on the clevis assembly (10).
(f)
Put the valve in the correct position.
(g)
Push the roller (4) against the striker arm (1) until the mounting holes in the valve and the structure align.
NOTE: You can remove the striker arm plates (14) to help align
____ the holes. You must install the plates after you attach the sequence valve.
(h)
Install the valve attach bolts (2 and 13).
(i)
Remove the caps and plugs from the hydraulic components.
(j)
Connect the hydraulic lines to the valve.

Adjust the sequence valve mechanism:
(a)
Install the rigging pin through the holes in the clevis assembly and the link. 1) Install or remove the striker arm plates (14) to permit the
easy installation of the rigging pin.
CAUTION:_______MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE RIGGING PIN. FAILURE TO REMOVE THE RIGGING PIN WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE MECHANISM IF THE DOOR OPERATES.
(b) Remove the rigging pin.
1) Install or the remove striker arm plates (14) to permit the easy removal of the rigging pin.
